Ways to build an IP proxy server

To build an IP proxy server, you first need a server that can be online for a long time and has a fixed public IP. How to set proxy server IP

Setting up a proxy server IP on Windows is very simple. In the pop-up window, check the "Use a proxy server..." option, and fill in the IP address and port number of the proxy server you build, click OK to complete the setup.
