What a bummer, lately I've been experiencing some strange problems that are causing me a lot of frustration. Recently I noticed that my computer always shows using a proxy server when using win10 and I can't turn it off no matter how hard I try.
How can win10 not turn off using proxy servers?
As someone who is not very familiar with computers, this problem is really a headache. I tried many ways, such as manually turning off the proxy server inside the settings, but it always turned out to be useless, it always turned on by itself, just like a naughty little kid, not listening to me at all.
I've tried to fix this by changing the registry, but my computer doesn't seem to buy it and still stubbornly insists on using a proxy server. It's like I'm trying to give it apples and it prefers oranges, leaving me helpless.
I can't turn it off using a proxy server.
I even tried resetting the network settings to give my computer a do-over in hopes of getting it to work again, and it still didn't do the trick. It's like I'm trying to get it to recognize itself again and it just won't change, it's mind numbing.
However, after some tireless work, I eventually found a solution to this problem. As it turns out, all that was needed was to type the following command into a command prompt:
"`bash
netsh winhttp reset proxy
“`
Then restart the computer and the proxy server is successfully shut down. It's like I finally found a way to give it an apple, much to my relief and happiness.
All in all, although some difficulties were encountered, the problems were eventually solved after unremitting efforts. This is just like the difficulties in life, with perseverance and patience, they can always be solved. I hope I can use the computer more smoothly in the future, and I won't encounter such a headache problem anymore.
